Before and After Weight-Loss, featuring....Celebrities!

Now of course, you have to wonder in a few of the "after" pictures, was there any photoshop or plastic surgery involved? 

Did Kim's butt actually shrink this much??? If it is real, then that's some motivation! She gives credit to QuickTrim, the diet pills she is paid to endorse. Here are some before and afters of Kim.

She's pretty either way, but the point of me posting these pictures is to prove a little point. She was pretty before any procedures. She had more of a foreign and mysterious look before, don't you think?

Kate said she started losing her baby-weight by counting calories. Starting with baby steps is a good idea because it doesn't make you feel overwhelmed.

I think Renee Zellweger only gained any weight to begin with because of a movie she was in, in which she needed to be a little thicker.

She looks great, but you gotta wonder how much photoshop was involved...But if there wasn't much, then props to her! She looks great!

I almost forgot just how much Carrie Underwood has changed since she was first discovered on Idol.

So what did she do to lose the weight?

Her Nutritionist David Allen, is the one who came up with a game plan. Janet said, "The diet was very strict….It was all about discipline.” She shared tips from the diet:

Watch your portions

David had Janet eat four meals a day, totalling between 1,150 and 1,450 calories. “They were small portions, but enough to satisfy your palate and keep you moving” Jackson said. David added, "Janet is extremely dedicated and focused.”

Eat Regularly

“I tend to miss meals , and that’s not good” Janet said. “You will hold on to weight and body fat if you miss meals.”

Get Plenty Sleep

“Sleep is very important to weight loss.” 

Cut Out the Junk

“We cut out processed foods, white sugar and white flour, alcohol, sodas, and she drank about 2-3 litres of Water a day,” David said.

With a lot of eating right, working out and a little photoshop, Kelly Osbourne got a bikini body!

Tyra has yo-yo'd forever. I think it's just in her genes to be a little thicker, which still looks good on her. Plus, in the "before" pic, she's got a great butt!

She looked good before and after, but I prefer her overall before all the surgery. How bout you guys???

 She looked so pretty before the surgery. She was perfect already! She looks much much older now. I know she's aged since the first picture, but not that much!
